There is nothing worse than writing a bio. And writing one for your blog sidebar? Blech. Maybe you landed here via Google, followed me from Twitter (does that make you a stalker?) or maybe we met at a conference or you clicked a link from a comment I made at a blog you visited. Hopefully whatever I said didn't make you so mad you came looking for a picture to throw darts at (yep, that's me up above, in my favorite cowboy hat) but instead drove you to find out more about the amazingly witty and intelligent person behind the amazingly witty and intelligent comment.
However you found me, who you found is Angela James, executive editor of Carina Press, Harlequin's new digital-first press. I'm passionate about digital publishing, my mission is to drag people to the digital dark side, one reader (and author) at a time. I'm also Brianna's mommy. At my blog you'll get an odd mix of personal and professional posts about parenting, publishing, books, cooking, sewing and life in general. Come back often, comment frequently and go green—buy ebooks!
Please note that this is my personal blog and my opinions are neither that of Harlequin, nor representative of their opinions.
The first one…well, once again makes me wish there were people who can do something besides gush about every ebook they read. It gets boring when every review is about how unique the story is and how hot the sex was. Blah blah blah.
I discovered the link to your site while checking statistics for my website.
Thank you for linking to Romance Readers.com’s Romance Reading Room. I hope you enjoy the posts there, and invite you to come over to the main page to view our latest “Book of the Week” — Suzanne Forster’s UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
Did you know it is going to be a movie? Wow!
I’ll have to check ‘em out!
Discovered your link while checking statistics for my blog. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
Wanted to take a minute and answer Nicole’s post.
I’m not a reviewer and the blog I created is a place where I put my thoughts on what I’m reading. I don’t believe in taking a book apart and pointing out every little fault. I do focus on what I enjoyed in the book. If something didn’t work for me then I do try to put that in. Since these are mostly erotica books, the sex scenes would obviously have to be mentioned. I do believe that authors put their heart and soul in a book and to have me take it apart is wrong.
Glad you are still looking Angie. I am too. Thanks for linking these new additions.
Hey, thanks for coming to my blog! Have you checked out http://www.smartbitchestrashybooks.com/
I’m a fairly frequent poster there. I have a Smart Bitch title and everything
And I even have a spot on their sidebar. Actually, it was Sarah’s personal blog that I followed to yours
