I wanted to thank you for sponsoring such a great contest. I don’t care how long it takes, you are giving away 2 prizes woth 700 dollars total. If you asked me to take a video of me quacking like a duck, I’d do it. I think the ppl that are complaining are truly ungrateful b/c HELLO?! A FREE KINDLE, PPL!

And now I must go back to completing the second list. I am missing Lena Matthews and Sloan McBride…sigh.

    Back to work!

    Hello Angela!

That is a very nice, entertaining and hard contest you have! Hard but fun!

I’ve a question: My sister and I want to participate, (she already filled for Kindle #1) but since you said that it’s one kindle/contest per household/IP address, does that mean that each one of us could participate only for 1 kindle each? Can we participate applying for the 2 kindles? I hope so >.< *crosses fingers*

Thanks in advance for your answer *off to look for the elusive Deidre Knight* :)

Done with the 2ns contest, not as hard as I thought, but when you’re tired, some seem toughter, phew!!!

Oh, this will be fun! I love treasure hunts!

I have looked all through Lena Matthews’ website and cannot find that icon anywhere. I have found all of the others no problem. Did hers get taken off her website or something? Seriously, I should have found it by now.
Angie, can you just double check her website to make sure the icon is there? I know it sounds stupid, but I don’t see it anywhere.

Well I finally found them all. It took awhile but I kept going. Now I’m off to bed it’s almost 1:00 am and I have to be up to get the kids up for school early. Good luck to everyone I hope you find them.

This is a lot of fun!! I’ve been doing this for days, just searching while I have spare time and saving it to a doc to start again the next day. xD

I can’t find Jaci Burton’s, she hid it good! lol! She’s the last on my list…I got a little distracted reading all the excerpts for her books and adding her to my TBR list. lol!

Angie, great contest and I’ve been wishing for a Kindle forever! No complaints, zero here! ;)

LOL, after reading all the excerpts I NEED to win a kindle cause there ain’t no way I’d be able to afford all the new authors/titles in print form.

Thanks Angie and all the authors for the great contests!

You win, Alexis Fleming. I give up. You’re the only one left. I’ve spent probably a total of an hour on your site through multiple visits and I still can’t find the Kindle icon.

So I’m giving up. I submitted my entry for Kindle #2 a few days ago, but it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my entry for Kindle #1 done.

Actually, if I added up the value of all my time that was spent searching for all the answers, I probably could have just bought both Kindles! ;-p

About Me

Angela James

There is nothing worse than writing a bio. And writing one for your blog sidebar? Blech. Maybe you landed here via Google, followed me from Twitter (does that make you a stalker?) or maybe we met at a conference or you clicked a link from a comment I made at a blog you visited. Hopefully whatever I said didn't make you so mad you came looking for a picture to throw darts at (yep, that's me up above, in my favorite cowboy hat) but instead drove you to find out more about the amazingly witty and intelligent person behind the amazingly witty and intelligent comment.

However you found me, who you found is Angela James, executive editor of Carina Press, Harlequin's new digital-first press. I'm passionate about digital publishing, my mission is to drag people to the digital dark side, one reader (and author) at a time. I'm also Brianna's mommy. At my blog you'll get an odd mix of personal and professional posts about parenting, publishing, books, cooking, sewing and life in general. Come back often, comment frequently and go green—buy ebooks!

Please note that this is my personal blog and my opinions are neither that of Harlequin, nor representative of their opinions.

Find Me Here

First, I blog once or twice a week at theCarina Press blog, talking about the job, the authors, the books and other things Carina Press. And, of course, you can always find me on Twitter. Or Facebook, if you prefer (mostly the same content, one feeds the other). I also run the Carina Press Twitter and Facebook accounts. Social media, it's where it's at (well, it's where I'm at, anyway).
