Is Samhain still accepting them, though? I’ve just hit the halfway point in writing it when I saw this, and since Quartet is no more, I’d still love to submit it somewhere.

Yes you can. We consider anthology calls “special” calls and make an exception to the no double submission rule.

Sophie: we’re a romance publisher so we only publish books that either are romances, or in the case of fantasy/urban fantasy have romantic elements at the very lease.
