    I rarely do menus, but I’ll give it a try

    Tuesday: Woked vegetables with pork and noodles.
    Wednesday: Lentil soup, maybe?
    Thursday: Pasta and Sausages ( if I am home. It will be a busy day, and I might go to my dad’s instead)
    Friday: Pancakes or raggmunkar. Yum. ( I have milk that I need to use)
    Saturday: Reindeer stew? Hm. You are supposed to use wild mushrooms, but I can use the champinions instead.

    Hm. This turned out pretty well… Plus. It wont cost me a penny. I have all of it in the freezer :)-

    Like Mikaela, I don’t usually do menus but this week will be very busy, so I did do some planning:

    Monday: Meatloaf (while the meatloaf cooked I made meatballs and Italian sausages for later in the week.
    Tuesday: It’s later in the week. Pasta w/ meatballs and sausages
    Wednesday: Pork tenderloin with Mashed potatoes and red cabbage (like “Ralphi” my hubby loves red cabbage)
    Thursday: Sandwiches (Turkey, meatloaf and pork)
    Friday: Calzones or Stromboli with Italian leftovers
    Saturday: Dinner out
    Sunday: Not a clue 🙂

    Sunday: Dinner Out!
    Monday: Lasagna and Spinach Salad
    Tuesday: Rotisserie Chicken Salad on Artisan Bread
    Wednesday: Tomato Florentine Soup w/Ground Turkey and Rolls
    Thursday: Dinner at Mama’s
    Friday: Leftover Lasagna
    Saturday: Dinner Out!

    Okay, I want to know where people are from. I find the regional menus interesting. That said, I’m from Texas.

    I did menus this week, because Angela kinda challenged me…And then my menus challenged me… (sigh)

    Mon: Ham & sweet potatoes (Bought Two hams when they were on sale last week, baked 1 Mon.)
    Tues: Meatloaf & cheesy potatoes out of the box.
    Weds: Chicken & white beans. (Except when I went and looked in the freezer, the chicken I thought I had wasn’t there. I had lots of chuck roast and lots of green chili so I made New Mexico Green Chili Stew instead. My crock pot broke, so we had to move it to the stove and cook it for another hour. sigh.)
    Thurs: Leftover ham & homemade mac & cheese. (The fella will be away, and the son & I will eat GLUTEN!)
    Fri: Alfredo pasta w/chicken (I will go buy chicken, & maybe put the other recipe here instead.)(I make rice for the fella to put his chicken & alfredo sauce on.)
    Sat: Take-out Pizza (Spouse is gone again-another tradition with son–PIZZA. (Gluten free spouse can’t eat pizza either.))
    Sun: Dinner out.

    Yeah. Have to deal with allergies. It’s not bad at all. But certain things, we wait for him to leave, then pig out!

    We polished off the last of the ‘real’ leftovers on Sun.
    Mon: Turkey Quiche
    Tue: Cream of Turkey and Rice
    Wed: Leftover soup
    Thu: Sausages, roasted potatoes, roasted cauliflower
    Fri: Pasta Carbonara and Italian Broccoli
    Sat: Poulet a la Bonne Femme — pulling out my Julia Child cookbook again!
