Hahaha, thanks for humoring me, Trish. I snapped it on the beach at Assateague island a few weeks ago and it’s a completely accidental shot that I could never recreate. That’s the photo straight from my camera (they usually are, since I have no photo editing skills). I was totally pleased with how it looks, my stepmom said it looks like I pasted the seagull in there. I used the new lens Josh got me for Christmas, and I’m super happy with that lens. I just wish I had a little more time to devote to learning about the camera and polishing my skills. I really love using it, but I understand nothing about the settings, so I have to put it on an auto setting right now.
Oooh, beautiful shot! And I’m envious; I’ve always wanted to go to Assateague but somehow have never gotten there. I need to head over there one of these days…
OMG, I found this post hilarious… b/c, today, after I saw Trish’s Wordless Wednesday post, I thought, “ooooh, maybe I’ll do that today!” And then I thought, “who the hell am I kidding?? I couldn’t do ‘wordless’ if I tried!” bwahahahaha!
