    Sunday: Steak on the grill, baked potatoes, salad

    Monday: Moroccan chicken tagine & couscous

    Tuesday: Pork chops, rice & red beans Puerto Rican style

    Wednesday: Pasta w/ chicken breast, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes

    That’s about as far ahead as I plan…

    My week fell apart last week too. Stan is sick and so there was lots of soup.

    We ate out tonight. It was fast and not so good. Stan wanted hot fries and since he’s sick…hot fries it was!

    Monday: Zesty Crock Pot Chicken on a Bun
    Tuesday: Vegetable Plate (Cabbage, corn, noodles)
    Wednesday: Giant Salad
    Thursday: Sleepover at Mamas.
    Friday: Eating out
    Saturday: Eating out.

    Sunday: Pasta with roasted garlic/tomatoe sauve with italian meatballs
    Monday: Mexican beef casserole
    Tuesday: Chicken divan
    Wednesday: Parmesan rissotto
    Thursday: Meat macaronni
    Friday: Usually ends up being tak eout so I don’t plan anymore *g*
    Saturday: Salmon pie

    I’m trying to creativly use up all my open food before Passover, so we are having:
    Monday: pasta & salad (with LOTS of croutons)
    TUES: Mom’s night out (no margaritas, but it’s 1/2 price wine night!!)
    WED: bagels & CC and Raisin Bran & Cheerios, maybe pancakes if there’s any mix left
    Thursday: Panko crusted something and frozen peas, 1/2 bag of milanos for dessert
    Friday: spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread

    monday – beef roast with banana peppers
    baked brie with strawberries and french bread
    green and wax beans

    tuesday – pizza pinwheels
    salad with bacon bits, tomato, gorgonzola and lemon vinegarette
    cinammon applesauce with apple chunks, shredded cheddar and crushed red hots

    *wednesday – leftovers

    thursday – buffalo chicken chili
    greek pasta salad

    friday – fish fry at the catholic church

    saturday – eat out at carmine’s family-style italian

    sunday – mexi-casserole with guacomole
    roasted cauliflower
    apple pie
