K-I-M R-E-E-S (hyphenated to trick the search engines) but I’ve had over 50 hits today from unique users (I mean, insane amounts) searching for her boobs, her thong, naughty pictures and otherwise. I sincerely doubt it’s the Samhain author by that name whose blog appears on my sidebar, that they’re searching for, but who IS this person who everyone is apparently using Google to find and what did she do that they’re so eager to see naked pictures of her?
**edited to add, I’ve had double the unique visitors today that I usually have. On a normal day, my unique visitors are pretty good for a blog about mostly nothing. Today? Apparently naked pictures are a real draw.
You all know the story of how this one found its way to me. Keri Arthur Googled herself. I saw it in my blog stats and wrote her a little blog post professing my love of her work since…forever 😉 She came back and admitted to Googling herself (I hear admitting it is the first step, Keri). And she contacted her publicist at Bantam-Dell who last week sent me her next three releases. Rejoicing abounded throughout the land (well, at my house it did anyhow). And I immediately read Kissing Sin, which the rest of you have to wait until January 30th to snag. But all is not lost, if you haven’t read the first in the Riley Jensen Guardian series, Full Moon Rising, it releases next Tuesday in paperback, so you can start with that!
The blurb for Kissing Sin:
There’s a whole lot more where this came from! Jess is doing a list today too and she’s got some great words 🙂
Kiss of Midnight is the first book in Lara Adrian’s Midnight Breed series. Sadly for all of you, Kiss of Midnight doesn’t release until May of 2007. But the good news is the sequel, Kiss of Crimson (which I haven’t read) releases the next month (no waiting!) Lara sent me her ARC because she knows Jaci and Jaci told her to, lolol (don’t you like how that works. Muah to J!) I think Lara was a little nervous about me reading this, and she emailed me when I finished the other ARCs because she realized it was her turn next. I told her not to worry, I was taking a break to read Julie Garwood and Karen Marie Moning. I don’t think that helped her nerves 😉
